Rook Behind Passed Pawn (Tarrasch Rule)

Tarrasch's rule states: rooks belong behind passed pawns. For the attacker, a rook behind the pawn supports its advance and gains more room as the pawn pushes forward. For the defender, a rook behind the opponent's pawn attacks it from maximum distance and gains more checking room as the pawn advances.
